Global services staff are on call for critical support and to fulfill spare parts. We are prioritizing any and all support for medical, healthcare and/or senior care customers with free premium support services. Any customer in these industries will be fully supported, even if they don’t have an active support or maintenance contract.
Juniper maintains visibility into our operations globally, and are working around-the-clock to reduce the risk of any disruption to deliver orders on time and in full per our commitments.
We are monitoring orders closely to determine any impacts and will communicate to our customers and partners, as appropriate, via normal communication channels. Shipping vendors (such as UPS) will communicate status directly on orders already shipped.
