Recertification through Course Attendance

When recertifying using through course attendance, please keep the following policies in mind:
- You must use live instructor-led or On-Demand courses only for recertification purposes. Open Learning courses cannot be used.
- You must submit your course completion certificate prior to the expiration date of the corresponding certification.
- You can use a single course to satisfy multiple recertification requirements if the course is listed in different tracks below. For example, you can use the Junos Intermediate Routing course to recertify both the JNCIS-ENT and JNCIS-SP certifications.
Concurrent Recertifications
When recertifying through course attendance, you can sometimes extend the expiration date for multiple certifications at once. When you complete a specified course, Juniper recertifies the corresponding certification and all lower-level certifications within the same track, and all active Associate-level certifications.
Recertification Process
To recertify with the course attendance option:
- Download your course completion certificate from the Juniper Networks Learning Portal.
- Log in to CertMetrics.
- Select Exams > Recertification through Course Attendance.
- Use the drop-down menu to select Recertification Courses.
- Use the drop-down menu to find the Course Name.
- Select > Next.
- Select > Upload Items.
a. Select Active Date of course completion
b. Under Documentation – Select Files (course completion document)
c. Add any Notes
d. Select Submit - Review the Submitted Information and/or Upload Another Item.
- Your submission will be processed in 2-3 business days.
