    Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA) Services Overview

    JPA Services provides authorized Juniper Service Partners with value added service offerings, technical tools, enablement options, advanced training, access to reference architectures, and best practices documentation. And for eligible partners, direct access to Juniper engineers is available.

    JPA Services has two Services Specializations:

    • Partner Support Services Specialization (PSS)
    • Partner Professional Services Specialization (PPS)

    Juniper and authorized Juniper service partners effectively collaborate to connect our customers’ ideas to real business value. This can translate to the best overall total network solution, a lower risk of network downtime, higher potential for optimizing network operations, faster mean time to resolution, lower network deployment costs, and a faster time to market.

  • Support Services

    Partner Support Services Specialization (PSS)

    Juniper Support Services Partners deliver their brand of technical support and services to Customers, enhanced by leveraging Juniper’s support infrastructure, the Juniper Technical Assistance Center (JTAC), and special Juniper service and support offerings available only to Support Services Partners. When Customers experience a networking issue or problem, they call the Support Services Partner for a speedy resolution.

    Juniper Support Services Partners possess a Network Operations Center (NOC) and/or a Security Operations Center (SOC), have deep technical resources, local knowledge and resources, with the technical expertise and dedication to drive excellence for all Customer networking solutions. Support Services Partners are required to make a significant investment in service infrastructure, people, process, tools, certifications, and education.

    The strengths and value of the Juniper Support Services Partners includes, but is not limited to:

    • Multi-vendor/Multi product Support
    • Experts in Compliance and Risk Mitigation
    • Local parts to enhance Service Levels
    • Asset tracking and management
    • Local resources for rapid onsite support
  • Professional Services

    Partner Professional Services Specialization (PPS)

    Juniper is firmly committed to a “scaling-with-not-competing-with” partnership model for Professional Services, and our guiding principle is partner led, partner branded, and partner delivered professional services.

    Juniper Professional Services Partners must pass a rigorous annual audit and typically provide a wide array of network planning, design and implementation services; supported, enhanced, and endorsed by Juniper. A few examples include proactive network assessments, architecting and installing integrated Juniper solutions, network conversions and migration services, and proof of concept testing.

    Juniper Professional Services Partners deliver repeatable and proven professional services expertise that is available locally. Some Partners offer fixed price fixed scope Professional Services; this could translate to lower network deployment costs and faster time to market.
