CTP2008 Circuit to Packet Platform

The CTP2008 Circuit to Packet Platform bridges legacy and IP worlds for circuit-based applications. Designed for the U.S. and Australian markets,* it supports up to eight circuit emulation interfaces in a 1 U rack-mountable chassis. The platform features software-configurable interface modules that are consistent across the CTP2000 line. Interface options include T1/E1, serial, and 4-Wire Transmission Only (4WTO) analog voice.

The CTP Series delivers field-proven flexibility, performance, and reliability. It features advanced clocking options and per-circuit buffers that enable end-to-end timing and jitter removal to create pseudowires across IP/MPLS networks.

* CTP Series platforms are not RoHS compliant and, therefore, cannot ship to countries that require RoHS certification.

Key Features

  • Up to 8 circuit emulation interfaces
  • Serial, T1/E1, and 4WTO
  • Analog interface options
  • 250W power supply
  • Web-based management system
