The Juniper Universal Access includes ACX Series Universal Access Routers optimized to enhance the mobile subscriber experience while significantly improving network monetization for service providers by cost-effectively meeting operator challenges to rapidly deploy and provide access for new, high-bandwidth services.
By delivering new levels of programmability, reliability and scalability to the service provider and enterprise networks, ACX Series routers improve customer satisfaction and lower the total cost of operating, maintaining, and updating, the network infrastructure.
ACX Series routers are environmentally-hardened, small form-factor devices that include 65W/port PoE to power microwaves and other devices, making them ideal for external cabinet deployment. They provide seamless end-to-end service delivery with extensive Layer 2 and 3 features, IP/MPLS, fault management, network and service management, and OAM capabilities.
Proven Synchronous Ethernet and IEEE 1588-2008 clocking technology provides the industry’s highest quality of experience for optimum capacity usage. The same Junos operating system that powers all Juniper network devices powers and provides customization to ACX Series routers.
