This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Content Type with invalid characters. Attackers can craft malicious SIP Content Type that can cause a denial of service or cause the target system to reset.
Extended Description
A successful exploit would enable attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) condition to SIP devices.
