SIP: Duplicate Header

This anomaly triggers when it detects a duplicate Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) header. In general, SIP messages should not have duplicate headers with the exception of "Via:" headers. Triggering this anomaly can indicate a denial-of-service attack.
