TCP: Info Unegotiated Timestamp
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a TCP packet with a time-stamp, even though a time-stamp was not negotiated during the three-way handshake (as required by RFC1323). This is common with many TCP/IP stacks, this can be ignored.
