TCP: S2C Info Unsolicited Timestamp
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a SYN-ACK packet with a TIMESTAMP, even though the client did not specify a TIMESTAMP in the SYN packet. This is common with many TCP/IP stacks and can be ignored.
