TCP: C2S Ambiguity Data in RST Packet
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a RST packet that carries data. Because these ambiguous packets can be interpreted by the receiving TCP stack in different, unpredictable ways, you should drop them. A lot of IP stacks do not handle this packet correctly.
