This signature detects the runtime behavior of the spyware Hav-Rat 1.1. Hav-Rat 1.1 is a Trojan program. It can allow a remote attacker to connect to a victim's machine, retrieve PC information, shutdown/restart/logoff the machine, and do fun stuff such as send messages and enable/disable taskbars.
