SPYWARE: Downloader-YD
This signature detects the runtime behavior of Downloader-YD. Downloader-YD is a Trojan-Downloader program that is constructed to drop and execute Trojans. When executed, it attempts to connect to its controlling server to download and install malicious code on the host system. The Trojan-Downloader can draw multiple applications onto the client's computer including other downloader's, which can cause a denial of service (DoS) on the host computer.
