This signature detects the runtime behavior of Smiley Central. Smiley Central is a browser plug-in that changes the Internet Explorer settings. It generates advertisements and installs other spyware applications on a user's computer, for example, Fun Web Products, MyWebSearch, Search Assistant, and Cursor Mania.
