SNMPTRAP: Invalid Counter Length
This protocol anomaly is an SNMP trap with a Counter object length of 0 or larger than 4.
Extended Description
This signature detects an SNMP TRAP packet that has an IpAddress field with a value of zero, or greater than 4. Receiving such a packet could indicate an attempted attack on a system. The impact of this flaw depends on how a vulnerable SNMP implementation handles such a malformed packet.
