SNMP: Response Too Big

This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a SNMP GetResponse message with an error status set to "Too Big." SNMP servers should send this message only when the response does not fit into a single UDP packet.

Extended Description

This condition could indicate a network configuration error. It could also indicate a malicious attack attempt against the SNMP infrastructure involving injection of malformed datagrams is underway.
