SNMP: Encoding Invalid IP Address Length

This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects an SNMP message with an IP Address object length of 0 or larger than 4.

Extended Description

Improperly sized Agent Address values could indicate a network configuration error. It could also indicate an attacker is attempting to inject malformed SNMP packets into the network.
