SMTP: Partial Message
This protocol anomaly is an SMTP message that uses the MIME content-subtype partial. Each MIME content-type consists of a type and a subtype, separated by a forward slash (type/subtype).
Extended Description
An SMTP message containing a subtype without a type in the header field should be considered a protocol anomaly. In fact, any incomplete Content-Type MIME headers should be considered protocol anomalies. The impact of such a message on an SMTP server depends on how the SMTP server deals with this anomaly.
