SMTP: Illegal MIME Type Encode

This protocol anomaly is an SMTP message that uses invalid mime encoding with the content-types multipart and message. The SMTP RFC specifies SMTP mime encoding as 7-bit, 8-bit, or binary when using using content-types that include other content-types, such as multipart and message.
