SCAN: Telnet Command "cat >/etc/inetd.conf"
This signature detects the TELNET command "/etc/inetd.conf." Inetd.conf, the default configuration file for the inetd daemon, specifies which daemons start by default and supplies them with their desired arguments. Attackers can be attempting to create a new inetd.conf file on the server.
