ICCP: Invalid Transport Selector Size

This signature detects an invalid transport selector size. The International Standardized Profiles for MMS specify that the Transport Selectors shall have a maximum size of 32 bytes. However, the parameterization of the selector according to ISO 8073 can have a length of 255 bytes. If the local implementation only allocates 32 bytes, this can lead to a denial of service or buffer overflow attack.
