POP3: Binary Encoding
This protocol anomaly is a message with a Content-Transfer-Encoding other than "7bit", "8bit", "base64", "quoted-printable", "binary" or "x-*".

A protocol anomaly exists when a POP3 message contains a value other than what is specified in RFC 2045 for the Content-Transfer-Encoding header. The impact of this anomaly depends on how a POP3 client handles such a malformed message.
