P2P: eMule Plus Version Check
This signature detects the eMule Plus client performing a version check to see if an update is needed. eMule Plus is a Peer to Peer (P2P) file sharing client that allows users to share media files, which can be a violation of your organization's acceptable use policy. Users frequently use P2P to download pirated music, videos, or programs, which can place your organization at risk for lawsuits from copyright holders. A PC that triggers this signature has the eMule client installed on it.
