NTP: Invalid Event Code
This protocol anomaly is the client's mode that is lower than the stratum level of the server.
Extended Description
If this failure condition persists, NTP synchronization will be interrupted. Over time, host clocks will skew and gradually become inaccurate. Inaccurate host clock settings may result in a variety of software failures or inaccuracies such as delayed scheduled jobs, incorrect transaction timestamps, and database corruption.
