HTTP: Microsoft Internet Explorer CVE-2014-6328 XSS Filter Bypass

This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability in the Microsoft Internet Explorer. An attacker can create a malicious Web site with Web pages containing dangerous JavaScript, which if accessed by a victim, allows the attacker to gain control of the victim's client browser.

Extended Description

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 through 11 allows remote attackers to bypass the XSS filter via a crafted attribute of an element in an HTML document, aka "Internet Explorer XSS Filter Bypass Vulnerability," a different vulnerability than CVE-2014-6365.
