HTTP: JetBrains TeamCity avatar.tag Stored Cross-Site Scripting
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known cross-site scripting vulnerability against JetBrain TeamBrains avatar. It is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. Attackers can steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.

In JetBrains TeamCity before 2022.10.2 there was an XSS vulnerability in the user creation process.
