HTTP: Jenkins Plot Plugin Stored Cross-Site Scripting
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known cross-site scripting vulnerability against Jenkins Plot Plugin. It is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. Attackers can steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
Extended Description
Jenkins Plot Plugin 2.1.10 and earlier does not escape plot descriptions, resulting in a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exploitable by attackers with Item/Configure permission.
