HTTP: Jenkins GitLab Plugin Stored Cross-Site Scripting

This signature detects attempts to exploit a known cross-site scripting vulnerability against Jenkins Gitlab Plugin. It is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. Attackers can steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.

Extended Description

Jenkins GitLab Plugin 1.5.34 and earlier does not escape multiple fields inserted into the description of webhook-triggered builds, resulting in a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exploitable by attackers with Item/Configure permission.
