HTTP: Anwiki Index.php Cross Site Scripting
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against Anwiki index.php. Attackers can inject cross-site scripting commands and take control of other user browsers.
Extended Description
Anwiki is prone to a cross-site-scripting vulnerability because the application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input. An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks. Versions prior to Anwiki 0.2.5 are vulnerable.
