HTTP: Microsoft Internet Explorer Stylesheet Memory Corruption

This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against Microsoft Internet Explorer. It is due to a design error in the way Internet Explorer accesses a style sheet object that has been deleted. A successful attack can lead to arbitrary code execution.

Extended Description

Microsoft Internet Explorer is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability. Attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the user running the application. Successful exploits will compromise the application and possibly the computer. Failed attacks may cause denial-of-service conditions.
