HTTP: Microsoft Publisher 2007 Conversion Library Code Execution

Extended Description

Microsoft Office Publisher is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this issue by enticing an unsuspecting victim to open a maliciously crafted Publisher file. Successful exploits may allow attackers to execute arbitrary code with privileges of the user running the application. This may facilitate a compromise of vulnerable computers.
