HTTP: Maian Weblog index.php SQL Injection
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability in Maian Weblog. It is due to insufficient validation of post parameter of the index.php script. An attacker can exploit this issue by manipulating the SQL query logic to carry out unauthorized actions on the underlying database.
Extended Description
Maian Weblog is prone to an SQL-injection vulnerability because the application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in an SQL query. A successful exploit could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database. Maian Weblog 4.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
