HTTP: OABoard Forum Script Remote File Inclusion
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known remote file inclusion vulnerability against OABoard. It is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can exploit this by enticing a target to open a malicious URL link. A successful attack can result in arbitrary code execution and loss of sensitive information.
Extended Description
The oaBoard application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability. As a result, remote users may specify external PHP scripts to be included by the application. This could result in the execution of arbitrary PHP code in the context of the webserver hosting the application.
