HTTP: Malformed WebDAV Request (2)
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against Microsoft IIS 5.0 servers with WebDAV extensions enabled. Attackers can send a maliciously crafted WebDAV SEARCH request in an HTTP request to create a denial-of-service condition on the affected Web server.
Extended Description
Remote attackers could exploit this vulnerability to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) on a target server.
