HTTP: IIS MSADC VbBusObj Access

This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability in the VbBusObj object installed by default on older versions of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). Attackers can use the msadcs DLL to access the VbBusObj object and bypass access controls.

Extended Description

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability would allow a remote attacker to execute malicious commands on an IIS server with system privileges. An attacker may also view confidential information or take control of the server.
