HTTP: HTML Null HREF Tag
This signature detects the download of a HTML document containing anchor tags with null HREF options. Internet Explorer (and other web browsers) handle these inproper tags incorrectly, which could result in the web browser doing something other than the user expects, such as information redirection, session stealing, etc.
