HTTP: Apache htgrep Header Information Leakage
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability in htgrep, a Perl CGI script used to query documents from an HTTP server. By default, htgrep places all search output files in wwwroot. Attackers can append a malicious header or footer file containing a relative or absolute pathname to the search output to view arbitrary files.
Extended Description
