HTTP: Apache ActiveMQ Web Console message.jsp Cross-Site Scripting
This signature detects attempts to exploit a known cross-site scripting vulnerability against Apache ActiveMQ. It is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. Attackers can steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
Extended Description
An instance of a cross-site scripting vulnerability was identified to be present in the web based administration console on the message.jsp page of Apache ActiveMQ versions 5.15.12 through 5.16.0.
