IRC: Null Character in Message

This protocol anomaly detects an IRC line that uses a NULL character (\0) before the end-of-line (EOL) terminator characters <CR><LF>.

Extended Description

IRC messages with a NULL character right before the terminating CR-LF pair are protocol anomalies and should be detected.
