Extended Description
InduSoft Web Studio is prone to a stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerability because the application fails to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied data. An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the affected application. Failed attacks will likely cause denial-of-service conditions. InduSoft Web Studio 6.1 and 7.0 are vulnerable.
