E-series Certification Track
The Juniper Networks Technical Certification Program (JNTCP) E-series certification track is a multitiered program that allows participants to demonstrate, through a combination of written proficiency exams and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting exams, competence with specific Juniper Networks technology. Successful candidates demonstrate thorough understanding of Internet technology in general and Juniper Networks E-series platforms and operating system in particular.

JNCIP-certified individuals receive special access to certified JTAC engineers on priority 1 and 2 cases for any product under an active support contract. This enhanced access is only available for products in that area of certification. With this privilege, you expedite your case resolution time by making the most of your certification knowledge while gaining quicker access to senior JTAC engineers.
You may initiate a case by contacting JTAC, either by phone or utilizing the CSC Case Manager tool. As part of the case logging process, any JNCIE or JNCIP is automatically identified by our system and routed directly to certified JTAC resources.
