Feature Feature Description Benefit
Review of customer's business requirements and detailed design Juniper Professional Services Consultants will engage with your team to gather all the requisite information to understand your low-level design and its intended functionality. The low-level design document provided by you will be analyzed with a focus on your requirements for scaling, performance optimization, reliability, features, and new functionalities. Eliminate the anxiety of leaving out important information when re-architecting your network. Juniper Consultants will ensure that the new design is aligned with your stated business and technical goals, eliminating costly redesigns and lost time.
Documenting finding and recommended changes to your design Juniper will produce a review document that will serve as a guide for the changes recommended to your low-level design. Identify potential limitations or design flaws at an early stage, and prevent non-optimal functionality or costly corrective actions at a later stage.
Knowledge transfer, readout, and project sign-off Juniper will host a detailed session to help your team understand the results of the analysis and the design changes Juniper recommends. Also discussed are potential next steps required before the design is ready to be rolled out. Ensure that your team understands the design philosophy and benefits of the recommendations made, and that this information is optimized for your organization.
Project management input Juniper will assign a Professional Services Consultant who serves as a single point of contact to assist with the administration and management of the service deliverables. Reduce the risk to your project by engaging experienced project management to determine and track task lists, dependencies, responsibilities, timelines, and milestones.
