Juniper Networks Responsibilities
Juniper Networks Consultants will:
- Review the customer network implementation plan and identify potential recommendations for improvement including:
- Review of process and procedure
- Review of implementation validation steps
- Review of the customer’s contingency roll-back procedure, if applicable
- Recommendations to optimize processes based on suggested best practices
- Provide project management input for Juniper service deliverables
- Provide project team with regular deliverables status updates
Customer Responsibilities
The customer will provide:
- A list of the required tasks, along with a timetable
- Major project milestones to the customer’s deployment team
- Role and responsibilities
- Site-readiness requirements
- Implementation dependencies for risk management
- Network and site maintenance window schedules
- Implementation validation steps
- A technical resource who will sign off on completed work
