Viewing Requirements for RealVideo
RealPlayer is required. You can download a free version of RealOne Player here. Follow the links on this page to the "FREE RealOne Player" as opposed to the "FREE Download". (RealPlayer for UNIX operating systems is available here.) To ensure the best video experience, RealPlayer requires a minimum of 16-bit color in Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, and 2000. If your computer is incapable of displaying at least 16-bit color, you may only get a black square in RealPlayer when you play video content. Additional troubleshooting available here.

Viewing Requirements for QuickTime
The QuickTime player is required. You can download a free version of QuickTime here. To ensure the best video experience, QuickTime requires a minimum of 32MB of RAM, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP or Mac OS 7.5.5 or later, and a sound card.
