Replacing the M320 Router Craft Interface
The craft interface is located on the front of the chassis above the FPC card cage.
To remove the craft interface:

- Attach an ESD strap to your bare wrist, and connect the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
- Remove the upper cable guards by loosening the three captive screws on each cable guard.
- Completely loosen the four captive screws that attach the craft interface to the chassis.
- Grasp the craft interface by the left and right flanges and carefully pull it straight out of the chassis. (See Figure 1.)
