Get started in 3 simple steps:

1. Create your new account and organization at manage.mist.com. Already have an account? Email support@mist.com and we’ll activate the trial for your existing Org.

2. Onboard or adopt your EX Series switch to the Juniper Mist Cloud. Navigate to Organization > Inventory and select ”Switches” at the top of your screen:

New deployments (greenfield): Locate the claim code on the shipping label or cloud-now EX Series switch. Click “claim switch” and enter your code. Selecting “Manage Configuration,” enables the switch to be fully cloud managed.

Existing deployments (brownfield for EX2300/3400/4300/4400/4600/4650 running Junos 18.2 and beyond): Click “Adopt Switches” to copy & paste the CLI commands into your existing EX Series switch. Alternatively, if you have cloud-ready switches with a claim code, click “Claim Switches.”

Tip: For existing deployments, backup any existing Junos OS configurations as they will be overwritten when adopted to the Juniper Mist Cloud. Cloud-now switches can be claimed in “monitor only” mode by unchecking “Manage Configuration.”

3. Turn on the EX Series switch with the power supply cable provided (open TCP port 2200 if you have a firewall).
