About the Security Settings Page

To access this page from the Paragon Automation graphical user interface (GUI), click Administration > Security.

Each time you navigate to the Security page, you first see the CA Profiles page. Click the tabs on the right to toggle between Local Certificate and CA Profile tabbed pages.

In Paragon Automation, you can create CA Profiles and Local Certificate profiles for secure authentication in AMQP-based notifications. Paragon Insights supports various authentication methods to provide secure data connection for Paragon Insights devices. Table 1 provides an overview of supported authentication methods and security parameters.

Mutual SSL

Client authenticates itself with the server and the server authenticates itself with the client.

Server authenticates itself with the client.

Authenticates users with a password.

  • Username
