Partner Link SLE
Use the Partner Link SLE to assess the service levels for your Zoom and Teams applications.
Partner Link SLE is one of the Service-Level Expectations (SLEs) that you can track on the Application SLEs dashboard.
To find the Application SLEs dashboard, select Monitor > Service Levels from the left menu, and then click the Application button.
What Does the Partner Link SLE Measure?
You can use the Partner Link SLE to assess whether the bad experience is resulting from a co-participant on the same or different network and is not due to any issues with the current site or user.
Classifiers
In this example, 100 percent of the issues are attributed to a co-participant's network issues.

Co participant—Client experiences poor call quality because of other participants experiencing network issues. In this case the client does not have any network issues at their end. For example, when an active co-participant experiences issues at their end when sharing a video or screen, it could degrade the overall user experience for the other participants in the call.
