Using Print Page

Use the Print Page to download the data for the selected tabs of the Service View Tasks in the Monitor mode. This is applicable for E-Line, E-LAN, and IP services. You can download the data from the selected functionalities of the Service View Task pane in a .pdf or .csv format.

The supported Web browsers are Google Chrome version 17 and later and Mozilla Firefox version 14.0 and later.

To download the data from any of the selected functionalities associated with the Service View Task pane:

1. From the View selector, select Service View.

   The functionalities that you can configure in this view are displayed on the View pane.

2. Click the Monitor mode icon in the Service View on the Connectivity Services Director banner.

   The workspaces that are applicable to this mode are displayed on the Tasks pane.

3. From the Service View pane, select the types of services for which you want to print the data.

   The types of services are displayed on the middle pane of the main display area.

4. From the Tasks pane, which is displayed on the right, select Print Page.

   The print window page appears on the Tasks pane.

   • Click Download PDF to download the data from the selected Service View pane in the .pdf format

   • Click Download CSV to download the data from the selected Service View pane in the .csv format.

   The data from the Service View pane gets downloaded with the default file name.

   Note

   If you want to change the file name, select Custom File Name check box and enter the required name in the Name field.
