This section describes the new and enhanced features released in Juniper Support Insights (JSI).

Alarms Summary Report for Your Onboarded Devices

The Alarms summary report provides detailed information on the alarms generated by the devices onboarded to your organization. You can filter the report by device model and severity (major or minor) to quickly identify the most critical issues impacting your devices. This helps you prioritize remediation efforts, minimize downtime, and mitigate the impact of the issues on network performance.

To view the Alarms summary report, navigate to Organization > Support Insights > Device Health > Alarms.

Account Validation Persistence Across User Sessions

JSI masks data to prevent unauthorized user access to customer-centric JSI data artifacts associated with the devices linked to the organization. You must successfully validate your identity to access the masked data, such as the installed address, contract information, warranty information, and so on.

If you successfully execute the Account Integration workflow, your identity is automatically validated and you can access the customer-centric JSI data artifacts. Otherwise, you will be prompted to validate your identity to gain access to the customer-centric JSI data artifacts.

The account validation persists across user sessions, eliminating the need to re-validate your identity each time you log in and attempt to access the masked JSI artifacts.
