找到 EX4100 交换机或组件上的序列号
如果要将交换机或硬件组件退回瞻博网络进行维修或更换,则必须找到交换机或组件的序列号。您必须向瞻博网络技术援助中心 (JTAC) 提供序列号,以获得退回材料授权 (RMA) 编号。
如果交换机正常运行,并且您可以访问 CLI,则可以使用 CLI 命令列出交换机和某些组件的序列号。
您还可以在物理交换机或组件上找到序列号 ID 标签。在以下任一情况下,此选项都很有用:

您无权访问 CLI。

序列号不会显示在命令输出中。
如果要查找物理交换机组件上的序列号,则需要从交换机机箱上卸下该组件。

如果您要将交换机或组件退回瞻博网络进行维修或更换,请按照本主题中的说明打包物品。
打包交换机或组件之前,请确保您已:

按照联系客户支持中列出的所有步骤获取 退货授权。

取回原始运输纸箱和包装材料。如果您没有这些材料,请联系您的 JTAC 代表,了解有关经批准的包装材料的信息(请参阅 联系客户支持以获得退回材料授权)。

确保您了解如何防止静电放电 (ESD) 损坏(请参阅 防止静电放电损坏)。
打包 EX4100 交换机以供装运
打包交换机之前:

在连接到交换机的控制台或其他管理设备上,进入 CLI作模式并发出以下命令关闭交换机软件:
user@switch> request system halt
等待,直到控制台上出现一条消息,确认作系统已停止。

断开交换机电源。
-
拔下将交换机连接到外部设备的电缆。

卸下交换机中安装的所有光收发器(请参阅 卸下收发器)。
如果您需要将交换机运输到其他地点或将交换机退回瞻博网络,则需要将交换机妥善包装,使其原包装完好,防止在运输过程中造成损坏。
确保您拥有以下部件和工具:

请勿将交换机装在原始容器以外的任何物品中,否则交换机可能会在运输过程中损坏。
要打包交换机,请执行以下步骤:
- 如果交换机安装在机架或机柜中,请由一个人支撑交换机的重量,而另一个人拧下并卸下安装螺钉。
- 从 机架或机柜中取出交换机,然后将交换机放在平坦、稳定的表面上。
- 使用螺丝刀从交换机机箱上卸下机架安装托架。
- 将交换机放入防静电袋中。
- 将 包装泡沫的底部放入装运纸箱中。
- 将 开关放在底部包装泡沫的空腔内。
- 将包装泡沫的顶部放在交换机顶部。
